Big Band

This is probably the best known group both inside and outside of school. There are about fifty students in it. The line-up is saxophones, trumpets, trombones, keyboard, guitars and percussion.

The band is in great demand for the more prestigious school events and for primary school and village fetes. Fetes are really enjoyable because we usually get free food and drink. It is not so great when it pours down with rain! 

Rehearsals take place after school on Wednesday in the Hall.
